Inquiry of Remedy in Common Law and Equity
Naturalis Aequitas Common Law Community (NACLC) is an unincorporated association, operating as a Private Members Association, formed by individuals committed to the principles of natural justice, fairness, and accountability in the actions of men and women who occupy positions of responsibility in government and corporate spheres. The Community exists to provide a collaborative platform for education, research, advocacy campaigning, self-help, and mutual support among its members.
NACLC activities and resources aim to strengthen members’ understanding and improve approaches to practical application of Common Law and Equity Jurisdiction principles as lawful means of redress and remedy to harm, wrongs and damages sustained by men and women in dealings with government and corporate entities. By equipping members with knowledge, resources, and strategies, the Community seeks to ensure that dealings with public officials, government authorities, and corporate officers are conducted on the basis of just, fair, and equitable principles.
Through mutual cooperation, NACLC fosters an environment of shared learning and empowerment, enabling members to stand for truth, seek government and corporate accountability, and pursue remedies where misconduct, malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance or inequity has occurred. The Community is dedicated to advancing lawful solutions that respect the rights and responsibilities of all, while reaffirming the enduring values of Naturalis Aequitas—natural equity.
