Why many are choosing the path of self-help at Law
There is a growing trend for people to pursue self-help at Law thanks to technology, increasing awareness and greater avenues for collaboration and mutual support. Importantly, however, is a deep distrust in formal institutions and paid professional representation be honest, just and not overly incentivised by profit and personal gain. Various reasons given for going the way of self-help, or if going to court self-representation as ‘pro-se’ or ‘pro-per’, include the following.

How to access NACLC
To engage NACLC to obtain member benefits of support and guidance, the following process will get you started.
Step One: Take one of our Primer Courses
Our aim is to help you help yourself. To get you onto the same page and to build your knowledge, competency and confidence, it is essential you undertake initial self-learning through one of our Primer Courses.
Step Two: Comple the NACLC Application Form
To formally join the NACLC in order to obtain member benefits, you will need to complete the NACLC Application Form and complete declarations therein. Once your application is reviewed and verified, you will be notified of Membership.
Step Three: Enjoy the Member Benefits
Whether you require access to member resources, ongoing Members-only learning material, courses and content, or to receive support of seasoned NACLC members in your personal matter, you can do so once Membership is approved.

Who we have helped
Our aim is to build self-help individuals in knowledge of history, concepts, principles, processes and procedures at Law that are universal and form the basis of systems of Law across the Western World. Learners adapt knowledge of Law gained through our collaboration to personal disputes irrespective of country, jurisdiction or type of matter.
