Campaign: Preferential hiring for young Australians
The campaign appeals to Australian employers to initiate preferential hiring policies for young Australians.
Premised on the idea that hiring adult, foreign labor on work visas for low-skilled positions, such as supermarket workers – positions that are traditional entry-level jobs for young Australians – the hiring practice may constitute a trespass (opportunity theft?).
